The costs are covered by your health insurance, if you experience health problems that are caused by inadaquate nutrition or which need dietary interventions to treat you or to relieve your symptoms, for example for irritable bowel syndrome. For this, you will need a prescription.

The costs for the consultations are according to an agreement between the Schweizerischer Verband diplomierter Ernährungsberaterinnen (SVDE) und Santésuisse. You will be provided with further information during the first appointment and you can find more information under downloads.
Please, note that consultations that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment will be charged fully. These costs are not covered by the health insurance.
